Our kitchen drain was draining directly under the house creating a small lake of soap and mud. Several plumbers were called but all were a week or more out. We reached out to a lesser known company, Acknowledge Plumbing, and within a coupe of hours, we had a plumber on site and the problem resolved. It turns out some rodent(s) chewed through the coupling causing the discharge under the house. We are grateful to Acknowledge for their quick response, professional service, and friendly interaction.We are saving their number for any future plumbing problems that may arise. We were very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
Felix came out to work on my reverse osmosis system. It turned out I need new system but he was thorough, explained everything in detail, and was reasonably priced. I've already teed him up for my next plumbing project. I highly recommend Felix and the Acknowledge Plumbing team.

He was very knowledgeable and provided some cost saving options to try before needing to do major work. We had an urgent need for help with our water heater on a holiday weekend (is was leaking and needed to be replaced). We were not optimistic that we would get anyone to answer a call, let alone make availability for a service call. Not only did Acknowledge Plumbing pick up the phone, but Savina was stellar in finding us a tech for the same day, and provided updates on her progress in near real time - this is highly unusual these days. Felix connected with us, discussed options for a new unit, procured it and arrived the same day. He was a pleasure to have so the work and got the whole project turned around that afternoon. They are at the top of our virtual Rolodex.

We are so happy with Steve’s work today! It was difficult to get to the leak in the wall but he found it quickly and fixed a pipe that was in a very difficult place to get to. We have a sewer box in our driveway that had water leaking out of it which we assumed was due to the excessive rain we’ve been having. Once the rain stopped we realized that it wasn’t just water leaking out… After contacting them, Jordan was over in just a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything flowing again. He then took the time to show me where the issue was, and how to fix it myself if it happens again. He also took the time to clean off my driveway before he took off. Charged me exactly what he quoted upfront. Overall a great experience.
I'm terrible with names but the young man that came to inspect my leaks was able to replace my shut off valves because they were old and I couldn't get them off to install my new faucet. I'm sure it would have cost me more time and possibly more water damage if I had done it myself! He was a very nice, respectful young man.

They did everything they could, troubleshooting and because it was more than the basic job, they came back and made sure we had everything flowing. Turned out to be a crushed pipeline a few feet from the sewer line. They will need to come back and dig that section out, but at least everything is working.
Sabina was polite and got us scheduled right away. Colby took care of the stoppage quickly and even made sure the residents main line was supported in an area it should have been until they could get the right parts. We look forward to having someone close, thorough and efficient to do business with in the future. *They have come out again a different issue. Felix was just as great as Colby. I have a house in the Cool area that I have been away from due to work obligations. Had to fly in and leave next day. The plumbing was blocked due to not being used. Acknowledge was able to send Felix that night. Then the next morning went to turn on water heater bit found it was leaking. Only had one shot to meet family in San Diego for Xmas but had ti replace the next am and leave the house open. Felix showed up again to date the day. Great tech, great experience and saved my Xmas this year!! Thank you!!!.

I was impressed with the phone coordination and communication with office. Ryan went out of his way to get some quirky issues re-plumbing for our new sink and disposal. He listened to feedback from my husband to solve the problem(s), which involved running into town to get more parts, etc. He made sure everything was working properly. His work was excellent and he was professional and courteous - even referring to us by name :)
I needed a small mini hot water tank and kitchen faucet installed and I called Acknowledge as I had not been happy with past plumbers. They were quick to put me on their schedule and gave me a quote. They were very responsive using email and texts to keep me informed of when they would be arriving. Felix was our technician and he did an excellent job at the installation. Everything was done as promised at the time promised and I was very happy with their work. I have found my plumbing company.
Excellent service! I called on a Friday afternoon for a clogged kitchen sink and they fit me in the same evening. Felix arrived in good time and quickly got to it. He was very professional, courteous and communicated everything that was going on. My sink was SUPER clogged and he still managed to get it snaked out and draining again in time for dinner. I am thrilled and would definitely recommend these guys!
